Working With Us

Do you just turn up and shoot?

No. We help understand the brief, where the images or video will be used, plan the shoot properly and make the process easy.

Can you help us work out what we actually need?

Yes. Many clients do not know exactly what they need at first. We help shape the brief and identify the best use for the images or video.

Do you create shot lists?

Yes, where needed. We plan locations, timing, people, key shots and outcomes.

How involved should we be on the day?

We bring the experience, but we also love client input. You know your business best, and the best result often comes from working together.

Turnaround & Delivery

What is your usual turnaround time?

Event images are often delivered quickly, commonly around 24 hours where possible. Commercial photography is usually around 72 hours depending on the job. Larger photo and video projects may need longer. We always confirm timing before the shoot.

How are images delivered?

Usually through an online gallery that is easy to view, share and download.

Can we download different file sizes?

Yes, online galleries can allow downloads in different resolutions depending on the project.

Do you follow up after delivery?

Yes, we often check in after delivery to make sure clients are happy.

Headshots

What should we wear for headshots?

Block colours usually work best. Avoid heavy patterns, stripes and anything too distracting.

How do we choose final headshots?

For headshot sessions, clients can usually select their preferred images from an online gallery.

Are headshots individually edited?

Yes. Selected images are individually reviewed and edited for consistency. We do not just batch edit everything and hope for the best.

Can small tweaks be made after delivery?

Yes, reasonable small tweaks are part of making sure clients are happy.

Commercial, Events & Architecture

What type of photography do you do?

Headshots, commercial photography, architectural photography, event photography, drone photography and videography.

Do you shoot events?

Yes, including corporate events, conferences, brand events and large-scale events.

Do you shoot architecture and construction projects?

Yes. Architectural and construction photography is a major focus area.

Do you offer drone photography and video?

Yes, for suitable commercial projects.

Pricing & Travel

Do you show prices on the website?

No. Every project is different, so the best way is to request a quote.

How do you charge?

Headshots and architectural photography may be charged per image depending on the project. Other shoots are usually based on time, scope and usage. Confirm everything through a quote.

Do you charge travel and parking?

Yes, where applicable.

Where do you work?

Sydney and surrounding areas, with Australia-wide travel for selected commercial projects. International work may be possible for the right project.

Files, Backups & Peace of Mind

Do you keep images from the shoot?

Yes. We take backups seriously and keep client files safe with strong backup processes across disks and cloud systems.

Have you ever lost a client image?

No. We pride ourselves on careful file handling and backups.
