Project context
I have worked with Craig from Realm Design & Construction on many projects, and I always love photographing the homes he creates. The quality of his building work, detailing and finishes is consistently exceptional, and his clients genuinely love what he delivers. This shoot documented a completed Randwick residence through architectural and drone photography. The home balances its established street presence with a crisp contemporary addition, a light-filled kitchen and living zone, warm timber details and a private landscaped pool courtyard. The photography needed to show the quality of the construction and finishes while also making the property's layout easy to understand. I combined wide interior views, carefully framed exterior perspectives and aerial images that reveal how the pool, courtyard, house and surrounding neighbourhood fit together.

The finished gallery gives Realm Design & Construction a concise visual story of the project from street to interior, courtyard and aerial context. The ground level photographs highlight the clean workmanship, pale material palette, timber warmth and strong connection to the pool garden. The drone views add scale and clarity, showing the compact site planning, rooftop solar and the way the contemporary work sits within the surrounding Randwick neighbourhood. Together, the images provide a versatile portfolio record for prospective clients, project features and ongoing marketing.
