Project context

I have worked with Ironbuilt Infrastructure across a lot of projects now all over NSW. Ironbuilt work across essential utility networks, energy infrastructure, civil infrastructure and development, so their projects are often large-scale, practical and technically detailed. That includes solar farms, power plants and infrastructure sites where the images need to do more than just look impressive. They need to show progress clearly, help people understand the scale of the work, and give the team a reliable visual record they can use across socials, website updates, internal reporting and future project material. Drone photography has been a huge part of making these projects possible to capture properly. Some sites simply cannot be understood from the ground alone. Using the latest drone technology gives us high-resolution aerial images that show the full footprint of a project, the layout of the site, the surrounding landscape and the progress being made across a much bigger area. From the sky, the scale of the work becomes clear straight away, and the images have that amazing visual impact Ironbuilt can use across their website, socials and wider project material.

What I delivered

Commercial progress photography across multiple Ironbuilt Infrastructure projects
High-resolution drone photography showing site scale, layout and construction progress
Ground-level images of energy, utility and civil infrastructure work
Detail images showing materials, installation, equipment and site activity
Practical image libraries for website use, social media, project updates and marketing
Consistent visual coverage across an ongoing client relationship

Outcome

The finished galleries give Ironbuilt a strong visual record of their work across different project stages and site types. For infrastructure clients, that consistency matters. A single image can help explain the size of a project, the complexity of the site or the care being taken in the work. Across a full gallery, those images become something more useful: a library the team can pull from for socials, website content, capability material, project updates and future business development. Ironbuilt absolutely love how the images come out, and I think that comes from the balance we have built over time. The drone images bring the big-picture impact, while the ground images add the details, machinery, site conditions and people behind the job. Together, they create a polished but grounded view of the work. That is exactly what good commercial progress photography should do: make the project easy to understand, easy to trust and easy to share.

Commercial and drone photography that keeps working

Ironbuilt love the images, but they also value how easy it is to access each project gallery afterwards. It gives them an organised image library for every project, ready for socials, website updates and project material in a way they did not have before.
