Project context
Kate from HK Partners first got in touch about corporate headshots. After a call with Kate and Naomi from Brand Whisperers, we had a much bigger day to plan: portraits, team photographs and brand images for brochures, presentations and other marketing. Naomi had put together a clear brief. They wanted the photographs to feel calm and confident, show people connecting, and include movement. They were planning to use plenty of black and white, with colour versions too. Kate described the run sheet as “action packed”, and there was certainly plenty to fit in. We photographed the individual portraits, conversations around the table, people presenting and the smaller details around the office. Then we took the team through the building and outside for walking shots. You’ll notice the green folders throughout the gallery. They were part of the brand, so we made sure they were included too. It was a fun one to capture.
What I delivered

Kate and Naomi went through the gallery together and chose their images. We then worked through the finishing details, including keeping the green folders consistent and cleaning up distractions in the backgrounds. Scott also had a presentation coming up before Naomi went on leave, so I sent a rush selection through while the final retouching continued. The finished set gives them photographs of the people, the workplace and the details that make it HK Partners, ready for their brochures, presentations and other marketing. Thanks Kate and Naomi.
