Project context
eHealth NSW brought me in to cover its 2026 AI Summit, a full day focused on the way AI is already being used across health and where it is heading next. It was a big program with keynote speakers, panel discussions, audience questions and plenty of conversations happening between sessions. My job was to photograph the whole story of the day and work alongside the video coverage without getting in the way. I wanted the gallery to show the scale of the event, the speakers on stage, the people listening and reacting, and the smaller moments that make a conference feel human. It was a long day, but a really interesting one to shoot. The timber venue, red aisle and strong AI Forum branding gave the photographs a distinctive look from the moment guests arrived.
What I delivered
Outcome
The finished gallery gives eHealth NSW a clear record of the whole summit, not just the people who stood at the lectern. It shows a well-attended event, thoughtful conversations, strong speakers and the audience properly engaged with the subject. There are polished hero images for future promotion, useful photographs of each speaker and panel, and plenty of natural moments that show the people behind the organisation. The photography and video were planned together, which meant the client came away with consistent content from one busy day and material they can use across internal communications, social media and future AI events.
