Project context
I have been photographing Devcon projects for more than ten years, and the reason that relationship has lasted is simple: they do high-quality work and they care about how each finished space is presented. This project documented the new Sydney office for Rokt, an AI-powered ecommerce technology company whose platform is built around real-time relevance in the transaction moment. The office in Surry Hills needed photography that could show the completed construction and fit-out clearly, from the wider workplace feel and city views through to the design details, finishes and craftsmanship that Devcon delivered.

The finished gallery gives Devcon a strong visual record of the Rokt project and the quality of the completed fit-out. For a construction client, the images need to do more than make a space look good. They need to help future clients understand the standard of work, the finish, the scale of delivery and the care that went into the project. This is the kind of long-term construction photography relationship I value: turning up project after project, understanding what matters to the builder and creating images that help their best work speak clearly.
